A personal user profile is required to use the DB Lernwelt training portal. The creation of a user profile can be triggered either by the business unit or through employee self-registration.

The following personal data is stored on the DB Lernwelt portal and regularly checked against the HR master data system: name, personnel number, e-mail address, company, organizational unit, occupation group, region, manager and management level (where applicable). This data will not be shared with third parties without your express consent.

Please note that data transmission over the internet may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Absolute protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

We hereby expressly object to the use of contact details published in the mandatory legal notice by third parties to send advertising and informational material that was not expressly requested. The operators of the web pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event that they receive unsolicited advertising material, such as spam e-mails.

Videos from YouTube are integrated into DB Lernwelt in advanced protection mode. The legal basis for this is Art. 6.1 (f) of the GDPR.
